What if I want my order shipped today?
Call us by 2 p.m. at 1-800-462-5836 and 97 percent of the time we will get your order out that day.
When can I expect my order to be shipped?
In most cases, orders will ship the following business day, i.e. within 24 hours.
Is the ordering secure?
Your orders are 100 percent secure. We encrypt all transactions with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), CyberCash, CyberCoin, and vPOS to protect all orders.
What are the shipping methods available?
We ship most orders via UPS and all other orders via the USPS.
What is your return policy?
Return the order to us and we will credit your account or send you a replacement as soon as we receive the item.
Why do you need my email address?
So we can contact you with any issues with your order. We will also send your tracking number for your order to your e-mail address.
How long until my order arrives?
That depends on where you live. Most orders will go out the next business day. In most cases, if you live in or near Michigan, you will receive your merchandise within two business days of placing your order.
How often do you ship?
UPS picks up packages from us Monday through Friday except certain Holidays.
Can you ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses?
Yes, we ship all P.O. Box orders and APO/FPO addresses via USPS.

No, you may place an order on-line without creating an account with us, or you can call 1-800-462-5836 to place your order.
Will you give or sell my account information to other companies?
No, we will never share our customer's information with anyone.

How do backorders work?
If your item is on backorder, it will not be charged to your credit card until it is shipped. We will ship all backorders the day the item arrives to us.
